This is followed by an in-depth 90-minute session where we gather comprehensive information about your health history, nutrition, daily routines, symptoms, stressors, and environment. Based on this, we'll create a personalized vitality plan for you. To ensure your progress and make necessary adjustments, we conduct biweekly check-ins.
